Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds, returns, and cancellations to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all customers. Please read carefully, as these terms govern your eligibility for refunds or returns and how cancellations are handled. Refunds & Returns
We’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for our products. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong BreezTea item, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team right away here.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will contact the gift giver.
Cancellations
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel at any time. Order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription directly. For more information on returns and refunds, refer to our returns policy.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment details to charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
You can cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled. However, once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, though you may request a refund as per our returns policy.
Try Before You Buy
When purchasing a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before shipping the order. You’ll have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return it within that time, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
